Sonance knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information.

For the services contained and associated with this site Sonance is the trading name of Sonance Limited, for the purpose of this policy the terms "Sonance" and "Sonance Ltd" will be taken to be the same entity.

Does Sonance Share the Information It Receives?

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

We don't see or record your credit card details on our web site instead they are transmitted directly to our card service provider who works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you provide to us for purchasing of our products or services.

Off-line, your information is kept securely in our databases and offices. We only allow our employees and trusted contractors access to your information, and then only if they need it for a specific authorised task. We have ensured that we have a valid non-disclosure agreement with all parties that we provide access to your data.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer by clicking the "log off" link located in the side menu.

Maintaining the information we hold about you

We aim to give you control over the information that we hold about you. You can see the information that you have provided to us through the website by accessing the Edit account page. You can also use this page to change or delete this information including the consents you have given us.

You can be deleted from this website's databases by sending an email to our website operations team at online@sonance.biz. Please type delete in the subject box. This will not delete information held about you on any other databases that was not provided through this website, or on third party databases.

Please note however, we can only delete information about you that we don't need to hold for legal reasons. For example, we need to keep records of financial transactions for a certain period of time.

You can request details of all the information that Sonance holds about you, including on this website's databases, by contacting our customer support who will send you an application form which you should complete and return. We reserve the right to levey an administrative charge for this service. This will be no more than £10 for each request.

We will take all reasonable steps to protect your information, but data can never be guaranteed 100% secure. Please note that we will not be liable for any breach of security unless we have been negligent.

If you call any of the customer service telephone numbers quoted on this website, or use any of our 'Phone me' services, we may record your call. These recordings are used for training and quality control to ensure that we continuously monitor and improve our customer service standards.

If you call any of our customer service telephone numbers and give your personal details we may record and store them for a period of time if they form part of our contract with you or to help answer any future questions you may have more quickly and effectively.
